Shipping & Delivery
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered shipments. If your package goes missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
