We started with a simple belief: soap doesn't need to be complicated to be exceptional.
At dew goods, we make small-batch, cold-process soap from tallow, coconut and olive oils, essential oils, and natural clays and herbs. We don’t use synthetic fragrances, and shortcuts just aren’t our style.
We take natural ingredients and bring them together using a time-honored process inspired by the way real soap was first made over two thousand years ago.
We're clean. We're simple. And we smell great — because the best scents come from nature, not a lab.
Small is Big
We pay attention to the little things, because those are what count the most. The way a single, well-chosen ingredient can do more than a dozen unnecessary ones. The best soap is not complicated.
Gratitude & Reciprocity
Nature does the hard work. We honor it by respecting and protecting the natural world in return for all it gives to us.
Kindness
Kindness shows up in how we treat people, places, and things — including the ingredients we choose, the way we package what we make, and the care we put into every batch.
A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER:
I’m obsessed with small-batch alchemy, and curate every oil and every herb with a deep reverence for what the Earth provides.
Humans have been transforming fats and oils into soap for thousands of years. I make mine in my scent kitchen the cold-process way, allowing the ingredients to saponify slowly and naturally, so the soap retains its natural glycerin.
It’s a time-honored method that won’t be rushed.
Simplicity is important to me, so ingredients are just tallow, coconut oil, olive oil and lye – it’s all you need for a nourishing bar with billowing lather. Pure essential oils provide the scents, with contrasting colors from herbs, spices, and clays.
The result feels like so much more than soap. It’s like taking part in a quiet, ancient ritual, and it smells the way the best things do - like somewhere outside.
